The Payment Component is a Tessitura-hosted payment component used to collect and finalize payment details in custom integrations with Tessitura's API. For security and compliance reasons, custom websites that integrate with Tessitura's API, where the organization uses Tessitura Merchant Services for payment processing, are required to use the Payment Component to collect payment online. Other custom integrations that collect payment, such as kiosks, are also required to use the Payment Component for payment collection.
